Revolut’s Brand Value Soars in the UK
Despite facing challenges in obtaining a banking license in the UK and delays in releasing its results, Revolut has shown resilience as a brand. According to Kantar’s ranking of the UK’s most valuable brands, Revolut has moved up two spots to secure the 13th position nationwide.
Revolut is now the third-highest ranked financial services company, trailing behind HSBC and Barclays, who hold the second and eleventh positions, respectively.
Of note, Revolut has been recognized as one of the UK’s most valuable fintech companies, with a brand value of $5.119 billion for 2023, as reported by Kantar, a market research firm. Antoine Le Nel, Revolut’s vice president of growth, highlighted the significance of this achievement, stating that it demonstrates Revolut’s impact on the banking industry.
A Paradigm Shift in Banking
Revolut recently underwent a brand refresh with the introduction of its latest app update, ‘Revolut 10’. This update comes with a new logo and app interface that aims to encourage more users to make Revolut their primary bank account.
In addition to its brand value recognition, Revolut has also attained the ‘Great Place to Work’ certification in eight countries, including the UK. The fintech’s global headcount has surged to 7,500, with a substantial number of employees based in the UK, India, Portugal, and Poland.
Revolut is renowned for its ‘Get Sh** Done’ and ‘Never Settle’ attitude. Earlier this year, the company formed a dedicated team to address workplace culture and introduced ‘value-based behaviors’ to foster an even more positive working environment.
