Welcome to Wall Street Logic, operated by Danayi Capital Corp. (Vancouver, British Columbia). We publish market commentary, educational articles, and company coverage across wallstreetlogic.com and our email newsletter on Beehiiv.

What we do

Wall Street Logic provides news, analysis, and commentary on financial markets, commodities, technology, and related themes. We also publish featured company profiles and landing pages, and we send (1) a regular weekly newsletter and (2) from time to time, dedicated “Company Spotlight” or similar emails that highlight a specific publicly traded company.

Paid marketing — not independent research

Danayi Capital Corp. is often compensated by issuers (or parties acting for them) to prepare and distribute marketing communications about those companies. Featured company pages on this website, and Company Spotlight / dedicated stock emails, are paid advertisements when we have been compensated. They are not independent research, impartial analysis, or investment advice, and they should not be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

Compensation creates a conflict of interest that can affect how we present a company.

How we disclose

Where we are paid in connection with a specific communication, that communication will disclose, in a clear, conspicuous place near the beginning (on featured company landing pages, this appears as a top line such as “Disseminated on behalf of [Issuer Name]”):

• that it is paid / sponsored;
• that it is disseminated on behalf of the named issuer (or security holder);
• the fact, source, and amount (and form) of compensation, as applicable.

The same page or email will also include a fuller PAID ADVERTISEMENT / disclaimer block in the footer area repeating payer, amount, form of compensation, conflict-of-interest language, and “not investment advice” notices. A link to this About Us page or to a separate Disclaimer page is not a substitute for that on-message disclosure.
