Effective date: September 27, 2026
This policy explains what personal information Wall Street Logic collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to wallstreetlogic.com and to our email newsletters.
1. Who we are
Wall Street Logic is operated by Danayi Capital Corp., 550 – 800 West Pender Street, Vancouver, British Columbia V6C 2V6, Canada (“Danayi”, “we”, “us”). Danayi is responsible for the personal information under its control.
Our privacy officer is Mehran Bagherzadeh. You can reach him at Mehran@danayi.co or at the address above.
2. What we collect
- Your email address, when you subscribe through a form on this site (for example the newsletter pop-up or the Join Now page). We also keep a record of when, where and how you gave consent.
- Your choice about Penny Stocks Now, if you tick the optional box on the signup form (see section 5).
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, time on page, clicks and scrolling, and approximate location derived from your IP address. This comes from our servers and from cookies and similar technologies (see sections 6 and 7).
- Campaign information: when you arrive from an ad or link, a first-party cookie called
wsl_utmstores the campaign tags (UTM parameters and Google click ID), the referring site and the first page you visited, for 90 days. If you subscribe, this is saved with your subscription so we know which campaign brought you. - Email engagement: our newsletter provider records whether our emails are opened and which links are clicked (see section 4).
- Messages you send us by email or through a contact form.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
3. Why we use it
- To send the newsletter and the other emails you asked for. Our emails include market commentary and, from time to time, paid advertisements for public companies, which are labelled as such.
- To run, secure and improve the site, and to understand how it is used (analytics).
- To measure which campaigns bring subscribers.
- Only with your consent, to measure and target advertising for Wall Street Logic on other websites and platforms (advertising and remarketing). The only exception is the limited, cookieless Google measurement described in section 7.
- To respond to you, and to meet our legal obligations.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your email address. We share personal information only as follows:
- Service providers that process it on our behalf: Hostinger (web hosting); Beehiiv (newsletter delivery, including open and click tracking in our emails); Gravity Forms by Rocketgenius (on-site forms); hCaptcha (spam protection on forms).
- Analytics providers: Google (Google Analytics 4) and Microsoft (Clarity). See section 6.
- Advertising partners, only if you accept marketing cookies: Google (Google Ads), Taboola and MGID. See section 7. The only exception is that Google may receive limited signals that do not use cookies before you make a choice or after you click Deny (section 7). These companies may combine this data with other information they hold, and use it for their own purposes under their own privacy policies.
- Penny Stocks Now, only if you tick the optional box (see section 5).
- Authorities or others, when the law requires it, or when needed to protect our rights, our users or the public.
5. Penny Stocks Now
Penny Stocks Now is a separate newsletter also owned by Mehran Bagherzadeh, the owner of Danayi Capital Corp. If you tick the optional Penny Stocks Now box when you subscribe, we also add your email address to the Penny Stocks Now newsletter. Ticking the box is not required to receive Wall Street Logic.
Each newsletter has its own unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from Wall Street Logic does not unsubscribe you from Penny Stocks Now, and unsubscribing from Penny Stocks Now does not unsubscribe you from Wall Street Logic.
6. Analytics (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity)
We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity for all visitors, on every page, to measure and improve the site. They tell us which pages are read, how visitors move through the site, and where pages are confusing or broken. Clarity also records anonymised page interactions (clicks, scrolls and mouse movement) and heatmaps. Clarity masks what you type in form fields, so your email address is not recorded.
- Visitors in Canada, the United States and most other countries: these tools run when you visit and use cookies (for example
_ga,_ga_*,_clckand_clsk) to recognise repeat visits. - Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland: these tools still run, but without analytics cookies (cookieless measurement) unless you accept statistics cookies in our banner.
- How to opt out: click Deny in the cookie banner, or open Manage consent (link in the footer, or the floating button) and switch off statistics. Google Analytics and Clarity then stop on the pages you view afterwards. Clarity’s cookies are removed; any Google Analytics cookies already set are no longer used and expire on their own, or you can delete them in your browser. You can also use Google’s opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), block cookies in your browser, or use a tracker-blocking extension.
Google and Microsoft process this data under their own privacy policies: policies.google.com/privacy and privacy.microsoft.com.
7. Advertising and marketing cookies
Marketing cookies run only after you accept them in our cookie banner. We use:
- Google Ads: to measure whether our ads lead to visits and signups (conversions), and to show Wall Street Logic ads to people who have visited the site (remarketing). Before you make a choice, or if you click Deny, Google may receive limited signals that do not use cookies or identifiers stored on your device, so it can measure ad performance in aggregate. Google Ads cookies and remarketing are only used after you click Accept.
- Taboola: to measure and target our advertising on Taboola’s network. After you accept, Taboola may work with its partner LiveIntent to recognise your browser for advertising.
- MGID: to measure and target our advertising on MGID’s network, including measuring engagement such as time on page and scrolling.
Each partner uses the data under its own privacy policy. If you do not accept, these tools do not load, apart from the limited cookieless Google signals described above. You can change your choice at any time with Manage consent. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal of marketing cookies. Our Cookie Policy lists the cookies we use.
Some strictly necessary cookies always run because the site needs them: for example, cookies that remember your consent choice (cmplz_*), protect forms from spam, and deliver the site securely.
8. Consent and unsubscribing
You can withdraw your consent at any time. To stop our emails, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or write to Mehran@danayi.co. To change your cookie choices, use Manage consent.
9. Where your information is stored
Our service providers and partners store and process information in the United States and other countries outside Canada. While it is there, it may be accessible to courts, law enforcement and national security authorities under the laws of those countries.
10. How long we keep it
- Email address and consent record: kept while you are subscribed, and deleted 30 days after you unsubscribe.
- Form entries on our site: deleted 30 days after submission.
- Messages you send us: kept only as long as needed to respond and to deal with any follow-up.
- Analytics and advertising data: kept by each provider according to its own settings and policies. For example, Google Analytics keeps event-level data for our configured retention period (at least 2 months, the minimum Google allows), and Microsoft Clarity keeps recordings for a limited period set by Microsoft. The
wsl_utmcookie expires after 90 days.
11. Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to Mehran@danayi.co. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to:
- the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca); or
- if you live in British Columbia, the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia (oipc.bc.ca).
12. Visitors in the EU, UK and Switzerland
We rely on your consent for newsletters, statistics cookies and marketing cookies. We rely on our legitimate interests to run and secure the site and to carry out cookieless measurement of how it is used and, in aggregate, of how our ads perform. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting what happened before. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country. Transfers outside the EEA, UK and Switzerland rely on our providers’ Standard Contractual Clauses or on adequacy decisions. See also our EU Privacy Statement and Cookie Policy.
13. US state privacy rights
Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have the right to know, access, correct and delete personal information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. Our advertising cookies (section 7) run only after you accept them. You can opt out at any time with Deny or Manage consent, or by writing to Mehran@danayi.co. We honour Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of sale and sharing. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
14. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
15. Changes to this policy
We will post any update on this page with a new effective date. If a change is material, we will also notify subscribers by email.
