Weekly newsletter vs dedicated stock emails

• Weekly Beehiiv issues are generally editorial market commentary. If a weekly issue includes paid featured-company coverage, that coverage will carry the near-beginning disclosure and the fuller same-message disclaimer block described above.
• Dedicated / Company Spotlight emails that highlight a specific issuer are typically compensated marketing. Each such email must include both the near-beginning disclosure and the fuller disclaimer block in the email itself.
